Notilus’ unique platform caters for online booking or booking via a travel agency, cash advances, company cars and allows managers to pre-approve a business trip, on the basis of information provided by the employee and extra comments if necessary.
In fact, the entire process of booking a business trip can be done directly from within the Notilus Travel module.
Log on to the system, choose dates and times and automatically forward the booking request direct to your travel agent (then put the kettle on while your travel agent books your trip). Or you can book the whole trip online via our online booking portal.

Pre-approval, via our workflow system, can differ depending on the expense amount, user or other criteria e.g. whether the expense needs to be approved by one or several supervisors / managers.
As a manager or supervisor, approve and receive approval of bookings directly by e-mail or within the Notilus travel application.
Easy to set up alerts ensure compliance with company policy on travel and expense.
Health and safety departments can be informed automatically via the software when an employee is travelling to a dangerous area (terrorist attacks, hurricanes…).
